What a plan may include

Outpatient detoxification
Randomized drug and alcohol testing
Telepsychiatry when appropriate, with in-office drug testing required for plans that include screening
Psychiatric medication management
Anti-craving medication treatment
Referral to local treatment centers, sober living homes, and intensive outpatient treatment

Buprenorphine (Suboxone, Zubsolv): a replacement-therapy medication prescribed by specially trained doctors to help prevent physical withdrawal symptoms.
Naltrexone: a medication that blocks opioids and may help reduce the risk of relapse after a longer opioid-free period or after tapering off replacement therapy.
VIVITROL: a monthly injection that helps patients maintain abstinence while recovering from opioid dependence and alcohol dependence.
