We work with a range of insurance plans and encourage patients to review network status, benefits, and payment expectations before their appointment.

Payments

Payments for services are due at the time of your appointment, and accounts must be settled by the end of each visit before a follow-up can be scheduled.

For self-pay patients, the psychiatric evaluation is $300 and follow-up visits are $175.

If you are out of network, you are responsible for the self-pay rate and will receive documentation to submit your own reimbursement claim. The office does not submit out-of-network claims.

No-show and late-cancellation fees are not covered by insurance.
